How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number and the reason for return
- We will provide you with a return authorization and return address
- Package the item securely in its original packaging (if available)
- Ship the item to the provided return address
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:
- Send you an email to confirm receipt
- Process your refund within 5-10 business days
- Issue the refund to your original method of payment
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchange Policy
